• SPM with CREDIT in English and Bahasa Malaysia or equivalent
• Dress Code: Smart casual (ladies knee-length skirt only)
• Outgoing fun personality
• Inexhaustible smile
• Boundless energy
• Genuine interest to serve people
• Fluent Spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good communicational skills
• Experienced crew is encouraged to apply

Original and copies of NRIC & Passport
- 1 recent head & shoulder photograph (passport size)

 

- a recent full body photograph (postcard size)

- Original & copies of Education or other certificates

今天飞澳门~

一般上澳门的乘客都没什么问题  不是上了年级的阿公阿嬷  就是一家大小

像往常一样出service 工作……

Case①： 我经过Hot Seat(Row 1~5,12&14)看见飞机起飞前row 12是空的，但过后看见一个年纪30~40岁の中国籍男子皮肤黝黑、 瘦小、 一脸 LC的样子坐在那里，我就问:" Excuse me sir,is this your original seat?"他很凶的回我:"Yes!My original seat is 14A,so can I sit here?" 我心想:" 都不知道是不是在凶我，明明就不是坐那里还理直气壮对我” 我就查看passenger manifest看看他是否真的坐在Hot Seat，结果 他是！好~ 不就他按call button，就由我来handle他。他又凶我！"Where is my receipt?" 我瞪大眼睛看着他 :"Sir,which flight attendant did you request from?" 他回答:"The guy!" 我就到aft galley问我的同事是否有这件事？我同事承认此事  但问题是我们有的receipt有限  根本不够发给乘客。我们很努力の挖东挖西 就是拿不出来。

15分钟后……

那中国男子又再按call button "Where is my receipt?" 这次是我另一位女同事见他，"Sorry sir,we have no enough receipt" 其实他只买了一个Nasi Briyani 和一个Milo RTD 以及些零食 = RM24 ！拜托 =.=

他那么想要receipt 我就给他。我真的没办法  只好将原本发给其他乘客的单据删掉  重新写过给那个中国男汉，他真的以为自己坐在hot seat懂英语很了不起 "I don't want this!You send the receipt to my hotel,I want to see the captain!" WTF 尽然串我！！！

好~很好！我就把事情报告给leader知道，她通知captain有乘客要见他，机长也答应了。我回到那中国男子的座位很客气的告诉他:"Sir,captain will see you after touch down.And this is your new receipt"...with my smile =) 他赶紧叫回我客气的对我说:"Thank you so much.So can I sit here?" 哈哈哈哈哈哈哈……"Sure!" by Dom.

这样就平息了故意刁难我的无聊人，别以为我好欺负！

Case ②：一个女子买了免税品 打开了 因为拿不到单据要退货，“小姐你已经打开了要怎么退呢？要我们吭吗？” 之前就已经提到receipt book不够的问题了~ 那小姐要见我们的leader。我leader她很猛一下，很坚决，搞到那女子要投诉她，说她没礼貌 还要登她的名字在报刊……这种事对我来说根本无聊，第一，我leader她又不是什么名人 大师，请问有什么新闻价值？=.= 我leader当然担心，万一她真的疯起来等她名字出来 很没脸耶~ （其实我很清楚，过了一阵子就没事了）

这天搞了我大半天！！！
